Job Description

This is a part-time position in the High School starting ASAP. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Dishwashing & Sanitation: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, trays, glassware, flatware, and pots/pans using commercial dishwashing machine and/or 3-bay sink.
  2. Area Maintenance: Keep the dishwashing area, floors, walls, and equipment clean, dry, and organized, including sweeping and mopping.
  3. Stocking & Storage: Properly put away and restock clean items in their designated spot. 
  4. Kitchen Support: Assist other food service staff with food prep, setting up/breaking down stations, and handling food and/or supply deliveries.
  5. Safety & Compliance: Follow all established health, safety, and sanitation procedures, reporting any issues or violations.

Job Qualifications

Part-time position in the High School from 10:30am - 1:30pm.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, potentially hot and damp environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift/transport items (e.g., 30 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is often preferred, but minimal experience is common for entry-level roles.
